I loved the concept of Courtey Crock #MakeitYOURS, basically you adding your own mixins to make your own creation of a cookie :) Im pretty basic so i make plain old chocolae chip, lol. Country crock worked great for this, it softened quickly when i needed it to which was a plus for me, it also was buttery but not tooo buttery in my cookies, it was a great in between for me. It was very smooth and easy to work with while baking, made my cookies perfect!! My only fault is that there isnt any health benefit for me to use this product, its not good for me, and it wont help me live longer, but that is just my personal take on butter, although i still gave it a shot and tried it out :)
